Wah 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Unfortunately, CM Revanth Reddy despite being in power from more than 2.5 years thinks he is an opposition leader. And also speaks like one. How can a CM make such helpless & weak statements? What confidence will you instil in general public about the system?

Some startup founder on this app is completely out of touch with reality. This guy posted that they don't give an offer letter before joining. Employees get it after 30 days or so. Isn't that illegal? And he is actually flexing it. How is he even running a business? If someone hasn't even seen their offer letter, on what legal basis are they joining? Is it just verbal? Are you hiring employees or hiring dihadi mazdoors?

If schools are “non-profit” in India, then why is everyone rushing to open schools? Because the real game is not in the school… it’s in the LAND. A school in Alwal, Hyderabad reportedly pays around ₹98/sq.ft rent generating nearly ₹15 Cr/year just as rent. Even many Fortune 500 companies in Hyderabad pay almost half of that. Indian law says profits genealogy by school must be reinvested into school. So what’s the trick? • Land is owned by Company A
• School is run by Company B
• School pays massive rent to A • Company A & B owns by same owner 
• Money indirectly goes into owners pockets legally. Due to this practice, school fee is hiking 8-10% every year in India. And sadly, this money doesn’t utilised in child education 🤐 SCHOOL = EDUCATION ❌ BUSINESS ✅

Travel tip (in India): almost everyone now books hotels via travel sites like Booking, MMT etc. I usually don’t. Call hotels directly & ask for their best rates. A few years back, travel sites often gave better prices than hotels themselves. But since some time now, I’m seeing the opposite. From mid-range hotels to even Taj & Oberoi properties, direct contact is often giving 20/30% cheaper rates. So next time before booking online, call the hotel directly & at least compare once.

We wrote this on April 24 as India continued to hold pump prices despite the war-driven massive rise in crude & gas prices.. This makes no sense. Every country has seen prices rise & it’s irrational for India to be an outlier… Oil companies are taking big losses, the exchequer will be hit..this is a subsidy to vehicle-owners, whatever you call it… UPA in its last years subsidised fuel by stealing from future generations in the name of oil bonds… It will be disappointing if the Modi Govt continues to do so… It’s irrational to keep pampering the consumers…
