@DegenerateJay 100%. I think the best example for me is Shattered Dimensions. I saw TONS of promos, banners, and ads for it everywhere and the excitement was top notch. I remember a local ToysRUs got a "exclusive demo" and it made this game feel like the biggest thing ever created

I know it's an "Old man yells at cloud" moment, but media used to feel like an event. Going to the store to buy something or try it out, waiting for a DVD or Blu-ray drop.or even just relying on broadcast TV schedules... There was way less instant gratification.

@DegenerateJay I'm really glad you brought this up bc I was legit obsessed with Neversoft Spider-Man 1 & 2. I played it every day as a kid and lost it at some point. I just recently got it back and was hit by nostalgia. Great games with a surprising suit selection

Some of the best superhero games ever made are the ones no one talks about anymore. Not everything is Batman Arkham or Insomniac's Spider-Man. I put together 5 that I think deserved way more attention. Vid is in post below!

@parkerslawyer That's a good point, they look almost like McFarlane lenses rather than the Romita lenses. I like it but I really don't like that they took away the expressive eyes
