@JezCorden The resolution and other visual upgrades should be included or updated on Xbox versions or at least re-sell ports. But if they are already fiddling with crossplay on ps4 to 5 why not Xbox’s??? Then you would have an even bigger player base. Huge miss especially when Xbox owns COD

They're on Xbox via back compat, albeit full of hackers due to X360's outdated security.

@NewfNukem MW 2019 is the goat imo, you can do private multiplayer properly with all maps and game modes add bots. We usually do gun fight matches with and without bots depending on the number of players.

I get that some people might like "simpler" experiences, and that Eternal can feel stressful. But man... 2016's gameplay feels so stale after playing Eternal or TDA.
Also saying that 136 layoffs are deserved, is being a scumbag, plain and simple.

@elproteh Yeah, and its 1000% deserved. Doom has gone down hill since the first modern installment. Dark ages was absolute garbage, and the glory kills were pittiful.

For those saying this is damage control, or callous, you're missing the point.
This is getting ahead of the narrative that id is now just a "support studio", or incapable of making another game. They mention Doom 2016 numbers to refute that.
