The 2009 attire looks fantastic! However, seeing the 2017 hair/makeup from WWE 2K19 on a throwback model shows a lack of attention to detail regarding the source material, which hurts the authenticity. If the team creates era specific gear, the model should match the era too. Hoping it gets fixed by release!

All respect to the devs 100%. However when you say they have to "prioritize" that excuse disappears when it's convenient. In WWE 2K25, they chose to use a recycled Nikki Bella from WWE 2K23 and charge us for it. It took her making a fuss for them to finally provide an update that should have been there in the first place. They had the time and resources to update her but they felt it be better for the consumer to just pay for a recycled outdated model. It’s disappointing because it shows that quality is "whatever" until it becomes a PR problem. When you're charging $70 & 150$, 'recycled models' shouldn't even be on a discussion on the table. The consumer deserves a product that is worth the price tag they paid for, without needing a WWE Superstars to step in and demand better for them.
