If true, this is a real kick in the teeth for Leeds. So many leaving. Is it a sign BA won’t be there next year? I loved the loyalty the golden generation had. Built a strong team and kept together for years. How times change and money talks these days.

@hjpm2002 @Wyvillian @M_Shaw1 @PeterSmithYEP @loverugbyleague Stop talking nonsense, the second week we played them they were only missing Armstrong and Hodgson who both wouldn’t start at the same time anyway. We had no Holroyd, Sipley and lost Yates in the first 5 minutes.

@_WireFans_ Yeah, another big body would really help - especially now quickening ruck speeds seems to have all been forgotten. A bit of a weird decision to start Sipley and bench Yates but i guess it depends on fitness back from injury. McKinney/Woods/Thomas waiting in the wings.

What do we think to this? Personally don’t mind it, however wouldn’t say he would complement Irwin too well. Unless Irwin is ready to take all the responsibility for organisation next year.

@_WireFans_ Their worst completion in the first 30mins all year & took its toll. Impressed by the way they battled back into the game but not much went their way in the 2nd half. Good to see Yates & Sipps back. The team now know where the bar is. I think they have it in them to meet it.

You’ll never know if they’re ready if they’re not given the chance. Warrenton have a past Aussies and hoping they’ll be the solution. look at PSG built a young team and won the UCL.

They need a transitional phase like Saints had before they went and won everything Why not play Hayes and Irwin.
