Please I am looking for a lady I once interviewed for a Social Media Marketing position.
She did well in the interview but we hired someone else.
There’s a new opportunity for the same position with a global brand and I want to recommend her for the role.
If you are the person please send me a DM now.

If you're making Natasha's issue a gender issue, you know nothing about power. The reason people are siding with Akpabio and castigating Natasha, is because their wagon is hitched to Akpabio. In the words of Francis Underwood "Power is a lot like real estate. It is all about location. The closer you are to the source, the higher your property value."
********
"The women are not standing up for Natasha"
Natasha will not help them pass bill or win another term. The men know it. The women know it. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. As far as they are concerned, it is a personal matter between Natasha and Akpabio. They don't want sand in their garri. Political relationship has nothing to do with penis or vagina. It is strictly a game of interest.

What should you do?
Actions have consequences - even the right ones. Right actions can have negative consequences, and that is why people do not always fight. You can lose your job, your life, your status, for standing up or choosing to do right. You can choose to do right regardless, damn the consequences. That is real courage. It is a conscientious issue and one of personal conviction because the world will not always care. But you fight because it is right.

Things (privileges) we take for granted
Had a long chat with someone today and the story sounded epic
- came to Abuja after NYSC without knowing anybody
- begged a Hausa Mai Shayi to pass a night in his wooden shop
- ended up spending 6 months in the Mai Shayi shop, with sleeping space created only after 1 am close of the shop daily
- bathed in makeshift semi-open bath shed all through
- a QS grad, went to NIQS head office, got a directory of QS firms in Nigeria, opened Abuja page, started calling the numbers one by one, pleading for job. Turned down by all but one
- one gave him an opportunity to come for a chat
- chat was with MD, a veteran
- given biro and paper to be tested in QS field
- the feedback? MD, an old-school perfectionist Yoruba baba, on top on his voice: “You don’t know anything. What is this?”
- young man almost entered ground
- when baba calmed down: “You don’t know anything, but you said you attended XYZ school abi? Do you know AB XY? He should be your mate?”
- “Yes sir, I know him from afar”
- “He is my son. Because you attended school with my son, I will try you on this job”
- Given the job, handed over to a senior employee to teach him the work like a primary school kid
- N60k pay per month
- still going to work from mai shayi shop
- left the mai shayi shop after a couple of months and got a N150k apartment, on which he emptied savings
- Went on to work in the firm for 6 years, with payrise over time, handling even big projects and becoming one of baba’s trusted guys
- by 6th year, young man, knowing the son of whom he was, and with side gigs in construction, and borrowing here and there, and with personal experience in construction, completed a 3 bedroom bungalow in an Abuja outskirt (actually Niger State). Moved in after just plastering.
All happened between 2016 and 2023
When he mentioned staying with mai shayi, I remembered my own beginning and betrayed my emotions.
There was me that landed in a brother’s BQ in VI Lagos after NYSC and staying there rent-free for one year, despite even getting decent job almost immediately after NYSC. I never thought of that as a big deal. But hearing the young man’s story, I thought: “What if this was me that had to live in Mai Shayi store for 6 months after NYSC? Could I have survived?”
I appreciate bro more.

You think it’s Hollywood where the ‘actor’ always win.
Terfa Tilley-Gyado@TerfaTG
From this interview and his press conference, I like the way he has already pitched an us against them mentality. “You guys dont think we are good enough.” “I don’t care what you guys think, etc” It’s subtle but he’s trying to establish a siege mentality from the start. Every Manchester United manager needs that and it’s one of the areas Erik struggled in.

Very deadly.
Never knew how deadly it was until the day Air force base was attacked in Maiduguri, we came for log and went straight to the scene.
I saw machine guns opening fence for tanks to pass because they can't access the gate. After repelling eh
My brother God is great.
