I did my internship in a treacherous place, the set before mine were notorious and dangerous, and I worked with mostly women. There was one other guy who didn't smile, so I looked more like a "guy man". I was constantly declining "deals" from both staff, patients, and patient relatives, I got so tired of the advances from the staff that I spread a rumour that I knew the permanent secretary personally so they would fear me and leave me alone. What I could not stop were the patients. Every so often, they would try little things like offer me money to cut the line, or terrible things like offer me cash to sell them drugs instead of using the hospital cashier. It never ends and it's so annoying.
