Dear NFL agents , as I watch another year of 1 on 1 pass rush down here at @seniorbowl in my Hometown of Mobile Alabama I’m still astonished at how unprepared Your Olineman are here for the 1 drill you can literally make Millions from ! 🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ Yall send these kids off to go lift weight and run 40 yard dash drills that cannot help them in this drill ! Yall really set these kids up for failure cuz yall think combine prep is more important than actual skill work. This time of year both may equally important! But I do know working on skill work like pass protection is SUPER Important! #WillieAndersonLinemanAcademy

I had a D2 Football coach contact one of my players, and requested him to drive 3.5 hours to his university to conduct a private workout to "EARN" a PWO offer with a contingency to upgrade to an official, IF he looks good. Now I knew it was bad out here for high school recruiting, but today I realize it's d*mn impossible 🤦🏿♂️😢.

@MrBanks434 @__901JB Makes NO SENSE to go to a NAIA to try and transfer. The goal is to graduate from 4 year programs. Im a NAIA coach. Why would we want Freshman who want to leave when we can recruit transfers who are better and want to graduate?

@__901JB I know Coach but its tough for me to accept. I don't want kids in debt to play football. I care about education first. But if I can find opportunities for the kids to get their school paid for. I'm go advise and work for it.

@MrBanks434 Ik coach can’t worry bout money part eventually would get it back in the end moving up ladder would make him more driven that a lot of guys miss too and still would gain tools he can use in life never give up discipline mindset

@__901JB They cost just as much as much as D2 and D3 schools coach. And Jucos have been become selective with their recruitment.
