Vinted customer service is an absolute atrocity I don’t know when companies were all of a sudden able to just take peoples money, ignore complaints and face no repercussions whatsoever

Has anyone taken on @vintedUK for what is essentially theft? I’ve contacted the legal team for escalation because couriers have broken MULTIPLE things I’ve sent marked as fragile, in packing wrap, bubble wrap, air bags in the box, double boxed etc and they’re refusing a refund
