3.Are community leads permitted to market and sell self-developed training under the HTB name? Thank you for your time and for all the work you do in supporting and growing the global cybersecurity community.

I kindly request clarification on the following: 1.Is Hack The Box officially affiliated with Purple Nexus or endorsing their courses? 2.Has HTB authorized the use of its brand/logo in promotional material for third-party courses?

This is extremely misleading and raises serious concerns about brand misuse, exploitation of the trust within the HTB community, and the quality of content being sold to newcomers under false pretenses.

Moreover, promotional materials and spam messages have been circulated widely across HTB Kerala community groups, and when asked about this, the local admin (Ashique) claimed that HTB is aware of, and has agreed to, their selling of these courses under your name.

A company named Purple Nexus has been actively promoting and selling their own cybersecurity courses under the impression that they are officially associated with HTB. They’ve hosted multiple meetups using the HTB name and have used your branding as a means to establish
