@RachelBSYD2 My grandfather died from advanced lung cancer - had a clear chest xray and scans 2 weeks before. My grandmother had frozen shoulder then died suddenly from heart attack. Was generally well before. Family friend and work colleague died in sleep of heart attack - both fit and well.
