@mar5hallhoops In fairness, he deserves a retrial with a much more mixed group of individuals. 6/12 should be “black” or “minorities”. None of the 12 jurors or the alternates were black. That is undeniably strange & that aspect of the case shouldn’t be overlooked. Whether he’s guilty or not.

@yallhellalame @i_FlippDinero Yea I get it. The witnesses is what did him in. 12+ for the prosecution, like 2 of the defenses witnesses said Melo was wrong, and they proved another one wasn’t even looking when everything happened.

He got a 10 year sentence for criminally negligent homicide. Aint shit you can do being a black man in America. NOTHING
