Just don’t do what I did. 🤣🤣😩😭 also do whatever you want of course, this is just my two cents. I sold a lot of my modern that ran up after I sold them last year. I went into some modern which havnt budged much from where I got them. And the rest I went into was one piece (good decision on my part) and only have some fun modern I think are cool to hold onto. From my experience I personally think the highly sought after modern cards are the ones that are worth rotating into. I think ghe the vintage-mid era cards have more room to run. Unless of course you just want to collect what you like then go ham dude!

Alright, quick story time: Today I went to a local shop to buy more Ascended Heroes for our Mega Dragonite challenge. As soon as I mentioned I was looking for Pokémon cards, the vendor got excited and walked me over to the aisle. I grabbed a few booster boxes and headed to checkout. Instead of asking how I wanted to pay, he pulled out this Bulbasaur and asked if I had it. I told him no, but that it was actually one I’d been wanting. He smiled and said: “Take it, I’ve seen you around the shop quite a few times and I’m happy to support fellow collectors”. I was genuinely shocked. I can’t even remember the last time someone was randomly that kind to me for no reason at all. I asked if he was serious like 3 times before finally taking it and thanking him. To a lot of people it’s just a card, but moments like that stick with you. Might seem small to some people, but it genuinely made my day. TLDR: There are still really good people in this world.
