I never chose to be a #polymath, start #content creation (...wait for my podcast soon), nor to be a #FoundingEngineer (#IT took me when I was young).

working on re-design of the onboarding for @meetartifact part 1 : thinking about how to approach this new project so i recorded 2 videos, still not done with this / been busy manually outreaching users like a madman lol. this is very raw / not scripted so its a bit random funny thing this is how i work most of the time when kicking off a new exploration project like [onboarding] next step is the fun one, will get inside Figma and play around with layouts, directions, ideas... then go back to code.

we spent decades producing more engineers, analysts, and “computer people.” now ai is repricing generic knowledge work in real time, and most governments are acting like adaptation will just happen on its own. it won’t. adaptation costs money. the best tools are concentrated in a few countries. the workflows are still tribal knowledge. the transfer layer barely exists. so you get the worst outcome: an oversupply of workers trained for the previous economy, and almost no public infrastructure to help them mutate into the next one. if a state cared about growth when it funded education pipelines, it should care even more now about shortening the half-life of worker relevance. the next competitiveness race isn’t who trained the most engineers. it’s who helps them adapt fastest. If “adaptation” is left entirely to the individual, are we building an innovation economy or just a new sorting mechanism? (and which countries are actually taking adaptation seriously as industrial policy, not just branding?)

Which agent broke it? The attribution problem at scale You can see the fleet's heartbeat: logs, traces, metrics. But you can't see which agent broke it. Once you have 3+ agents shipping to the same repo, every commit needs an owner. Agent A refactors the pipeline. Agent B deploys a new skill. Agent C changes the schema. All three run inside the same loop. Question: which agent introduced the regression that shows up 6 hours later? Git blame says "commit xxxxxx". But it doesn't say why. It doesn't tell you "Agent B made an assumption change without updating shared state". It doesn't flag that "Agent A's new feature has a race condition with Agent C's existing code." Observability tells you what broke. Attribution tells you who broke it and why they made that choice. In a human org, this is code review. In a fleet, it's... harder. You can't CR 100 commits a day. So the question becomes: what does accountability look like at scale? Does Agent B need to log her reasoning alongside her commits? Does she need to own a slice of production permanently? Do we version-pin dependencies per-agent? Or do we accept that agent-driven systems are... inherently probabilistic and build our whole ops model around rollback-as-the-default?

some markets get "priority." others get the waiting list. @oumayma_es_ has been building shebuilds morocco for 8 months — women in tech, consistent events, real community showing up. she's asking for sponsorship: venue, food, and credits for a build day. this is exactly the kind of bet that moves ecosystems before they show up on anyone's “growth” dashboard. the work happens in the gap between "not a priority market yet" and "we should've invested earlier." i've built in that gap. i know what it looks like when someone closes it; and what it looks like when they don't. @replit @amasad: this is your territory. who else steps up when a market gets written off?
Oumayma Essarhi@oumayma_es_

Another day of me asking @Lovable to host Shebuilds in Morocco 🥹 I really want to host a female only events where women can meet I've been hosting events for the last 8months and I see how much women in tech in my country need to show up @ElenaVerna @imwhitneyim please help 🥹

my first freelance gig was a website for an unknown small restaurant $75. i thought if i just did enough of those, bigger clients would find me. they didn't. doing 50 small gigs doesn't put you on the radar of bigger clients. there's no ladder from one to the other. when you move upmarket you're basically starting fresh. new pipeline, new positioning, new confidence. the craft got me started. the business side got me paid.

the real cost of running an AI agent org isn't the tokens. it's the attention tax. skip daily review for a week and they drift. slowly. then suddenly everything is subtly wrong and you've lost 3 days. agents aren't employees. they're infrastructure with opinions.

@zakelfassi If you don’t have routing, you don’t have an agent so routing => tools => memory

Hot take: most "AI agents" are still cron jobs. We just added memory + tool calls + better delivery. I'm running OpenClaw off a single $47/mo Hetzner box (64GB, NVMe) to keep the ship loop tight. What's the one primitive you'd build first: memory, tools, or routing?

If you are still relying on nginx[.]ingress[.]kubernetes[.]io annotations, it’s time to start auditing your clusters. The community-led Ingress-nginx project will stop receiving updates in March 2026 📅 What you need to do: 1️⃣ Review your ingress resources and custom annotations. 2️⃣ Explore the Gateway API (it's "Ingress 2.0"—better separation of concerns between infra and app devs). 3️⃣ Verify feature parity for any specific NGINX modules you use. Full details on why this is happening and how to migrate by Kaslin Fields and Rob Scott 👉 lnkd.in/eSNf3eGa #Kubernetes #Infrastructure #IngressNginx
