single most rewarding thing i’ve ever done. recent moments (2.5yo): - he asked about the moon so we watched the moon landing video together and recreated it in the bath - our shared fictional world in which our family pilots hot air balloons - he asked where butter came from so we made butter. now he explains to people at the supermarket where butter comes from - while the bath is running we bounce on the trampoline and tell his mother, the possums, bats, the moon etc off for not participating in “bounce time”. he giggles so hard at this that it’s audible from inside the house - when i get home from work he lights up, runs to meet me and asks me: “daddy what’s the goss from your day?”
