We are officially launching our comic book division under @AurumHouseStu (Founded by me & @___therealworld)
This has been in the works for a while now, laying the foundation brick by brick and taking our time to build something that lasts.
This next step is about expanding the universe we’ve been creating. Not just through film, but through comic books that give us the space to tell deeper, more layered stories and explore new perspectives within it.
We are in exciting times, and this is only the beginning.
The first comic book under our umbrella will be available for pre-order in the coming weeks.
Welcome to Aurum House Studios Comics. 📖🔥

Silent Morning Routine: 1st week Update
Monday (Day 1): woke up at 6:10 a.m. I started this first day with a grand total of 17 min of having my eyes closed and sitting in silence. No thoughts, no calm, just uncomfortably sitting idle waiting for time to pass. I gave up too soon.
Tuesday (Day 2): Woke up at 6:00 a.m. Noticed boats moving with intent, birds chirping loud, cars rushing to work. A nice visual stillness to the outside, even with all the Movment. Got a full 30 minutes in and felt more calm and peaceful by the end.
Wednesday (Day 3): Woke up at 6:45 a.m. and sat up slowly. About half way through meditating I felt my breathing deepen. By 32 minutes in I was thinking clearly about tasks I wanted to complete, and activities I wanted to do with my family.
Thursday (Day 4): Woke up at 5:48 a.m. and Stretched. Then I sat down and just let my mind walk, run and race all in a singular 35 minute stretch of time. This morning felt more manageable and more calming. I was able to think about being actionable and intentional. I saw where I was rushing and understood what I needed to alter to be more efficient. I wasn’t itching to see a device or go to my normal routine.
Friday (Day 5): I woke up at 4:30 a.m. today and immediately went into an Indian style sitting position. The deeper breathing started as soon as my legs crossed. Had a talk with myself about the last day of the week, how I felt, and what two things I wanted to complete and cross off the list. At the end of my 36 minutes of silence I realized, I was thinking with purpose. I am totally undistracted in those silent moments, and they help me find calm and clarity before the chaos of the day begins.
Good morning!
