it’s 2026. blaming co-ed gyms is just deflecting. from what i’ve seen, people work out together, mind their business, and respect boundaries. the real issue is basic respect. fix the mindset, not the environment.

Call him Mulla or whatever but Ansar Abbasi is right on this point, men and women should have separate gym timings. There are many co-ed gyms in Islamabad, and that’s very wrong.

@thelinuxdemon If I say, "Dawai jild ki doctor dain gi kal 16 number main check kra lain", they would try to convince me that I should write the medication because they can't come tomorrow( writing outside medication isn't allowed by the govt. And in ER, there are only injectables).

@thelinuxdemon Bro! I am a very calm person. I believe in empathy and talking to the patients softly but if you have to deal with patients in govt setting and want to say NO to their unnecessary demands, you sometimes need to be blunt because as long as you are soft, they won't leave you.

@thelinuxdemon Bhai! Aap meri baat na smjhna chaho na smjho lekin aap smjha k dekh lo yahan k patients ko. Jo emergency main aagya hy wo TEEKA lgwaye bghair ni jayega. Ab main usy smjhaany main 2-3 minutes lgaun to peechy at least 2 3 patients jama ho jain gy. Kbi Emergency duty krk dekho.

But this is a privileged take. No sane person can make a livable budget for an average income and this inflation. It is tough for people. You want to admit it or not, it's another thing but be grateful that you aren't them.

Idk y’all keep crying about inflation and petrol prices and flop businesses but anywhere you go literally anywhere it’s full of people. And they too are having a good time and enjoying. It only got me thinking that the chaos is only limited to X.

Even if you think depression is a scam which it isn't, you should come across Psychosis sometimes and then see that person recover after antipsychotic. You'd know what mental health disorders can do to a person and his family.

If I am seeing 90-100 patients in 6 hours with limited medications available in the hospital and another doctor is seeing 10-15 patients (that's an estimate), quality would definitely suffer.

@ghostofsisyphus I usually plan my time to exactly finish it at half time with the deviation of 5 minutes. And most of them allow you to leave at half time.

I don't know what I get by always trying to be the first person to finish the exam especially because half of them don't even allow you to get out early. I always end up with 1-1.5 hours of just staring at the walls. I should learn to meditate maybe that will help fill this void

When people don't have anything productive to do, they need to keep themselves occupied with such nonsense discourse. They aren't entirely at fault. The employment situation here is quite bad.
