Our takeaways for policymakers: 1. Femicides have systematic territorial predictors; they are not just "random" individual tragedies. 2. Predictive analytics (ML) can improve resource allocation. 3. AVCs work, but we need to increase their coverage, particularly in the right places, and should be complemented by additional policies against gender-based violence.
