Finally 525k!!! Year end goal complete! Took my sweet time to get here. Had to figure out a lot of stuff just to be able to play in good physical shape. I found the offseason to be the most sustainable way for me to play! Time to collect more 15s and 16s 👀 #ITLOnline2025

Massive form improvement this year! If you’ve been following me for a while, you might have noticed how much I lean my upper body forward, especially when playing uppers Thanks to consistent strength training in the gym, my upper body is now much more stable on hard charts!!

Been playing the whole offseason on a calorie deficit (1800-1700 calories eaten per day) i miss having peak stamina but we gotta power through.. want to be sub 12% body fat, currently at 14% ish
