@goodtimejake Not in HR but pretty high up at my company. We do one and it is actually anonymous... although when we are discussing the results there are always people who are guessing who wrote what - and we have to remind them that we don't know for sure and it doesn't really matter.

@cocoxmagik We did - this was September 2021 so people were vaccinated but Delta had started spreading so breakthrough infections had started. We flew from NY to AZ, then flew to San Diego, then took a train up the coast of CA. But with no more masking, driving sounds like a good option!!

She was more. She wrote a news paper column in a local paper. She was well liked, well loved. She was so many things beyond her illness. She faced cancer 3x because she was a fighter, a strong woman, a troubled but gentle soul. She was my Mom, Happy Day of the Moms Shirley Girly.

This is my Mom. She's been gone for yrs and I still miss her. My Mom was a strong woman. She fought mental illness every day of her adult life. She was in and out of treatment and back in the 60s/70s that treatment was not so great. But she kept on. She was more than her 1/3?
