@LateNightDD @Alejandroojer5 PLTR is a horrible comparison. They were showing +20% YoY revenue on a big revenue base. Most early companies still show some scale before diluting. The difference for DVLT is they are front loading too much and makes it even riskier and more volatile.

$DVLT Everyone losing their minds over the lumpy revenue drop from Q4 to Q1’s $3.4M, clearly doesn't know what they own. Micro-caps are lumpy, get over it. Q1 and Q2 are the heavy lifting quarters where the tech gets deployed, but H2 is where the actual money lands. Nate literally said on the call, "We expect July to be the biggest month in our company's history." Q3 is where this thing scales toward that $200M full-year target. To the bears screaming about a reverse split because of the $0.51 price tag, learn how Nasdaq Capital Market rules actually work: The current initial window runs until August 24. Because of the company's strong asset backing, they easily qualify for a second 180-day extension, pushing the runway out to February 2027. Check the actual NYIAX merger text. Executing a split inside the 120-day window triggers a massive 10 million share penalty payout to NYIAX holders. Management is heavily incentivized to avoid a split and drive organic compliance. If not, please let me enlighten you briefly. @NateX112756 raised $60M capital to purchase GPUs (Graphic Processing Units ' computer chips) for the 25-30 AI datacenters/nodes that they need to complete building this year in 33 U.S. metropolitans. The revenue projection was 400-500M when all these AI nodes are fully operational during the second halfof 2026. 1 AI node in NY and 1 in Philadelphia are already completed . They need the cash to build the AI infrastructure so they can provide the tokenization/data monetization, among other tasks . This is the building stage of @Datavault_ai in 2026. They need money to make money. Funding capital is crucial for a start-up business. It's the year of execution and proof of concept Furthermore, the previous S-3 shelf SEC filing allowed Nate to raise capita for funding, to facilitate the company's operation. It up to $1B of capital funding within 12 momths, without subsequent individual SEC filings. The stock is not the company, and the company is not the stock. The share price now is still so undervalued. Here's my thinking out loud. From reading and watching various investment videos made me think what I believe the value of $DVLT shares should be. Definitely not at 0.72/share currently. With all what @NateX112756 had done thus far and going to do for @Datavault_ai with its full potential in the future, I personally valued $DVLT at 20-500/share in 2-10+ years. Who knows. My conviction is what keeps me holding through the dip, daily noise, and storms. Zero emotion. Distraction and noise are toxic. 100% Bullish as always. $DVLT price and thesis/company, @Datavault_ai are not the same. I'm staying discipline. $DVLT stock price is so undervalued at this moment, so disconnected, for what @Datavault_ai fundamentals and tokenization revolution will and can be. That's just me and my personal take. What $DVLT's value to you? What's your long term goal and conviction in your investment? Just contemplating. NFA!
