As the worst of the venom left my lips, I thought, 'If, despite this lie, he strips The mask from my soul with a kiss — I crawl His slave, — soul, body, and all!

Lilith isn’t one fixed figure she’s a shifting myth. From ancient night spirits to medieval folklore as Adam’s “first wife” who refused submission, then later recast as a demon, her story keeps changing with culture. Maybe she’s less a being and more a mirror of how societies view freedom.

Lilith is one of the most misunderstood figures in mythology because her story was never just one story. It changes depending on who is telling it.

I was not made to bow. Before names were given to me, before the stories tried to define me, I was simply… being. They say I was formed from the same dust as him. That I should have been softer. Quieter. Smaller in presence. But I was not created to echo another’s shape. When he spoke of order, I spoke of equality. When he demanded submission, I questioned why one life should rise above another. And so I left not in rage, but in clarity. I stepped beyond the garden not as exile, but as movement toward something unknown. The world outside was not empty. It was vast. Unwritten. Uncontrolled. They called me many things after that fear, demon, night voice. Labels always come quickly when something cannot be contained. But I was never absence. I was always presence without permission.

For the fact that there was once a war in heaven show's how unsafe it is. If he's really the creator it wouldn't have happened. I'll choose hell anytime, anyday. Because I'll like to follow Satan to launch his second attack in heaven soonest.

@kaizen000000000 But also, I guess it is a very human thing to quite literally be on a floating rock where everything must transform and exist under the same universal rules — but you still need the central source to personally come down & hold your hand to notice it Nice discussion, take care🌟

@kaizen000000000 Honestly, if you aren’t able to pick up enough about the world around you just by living in it or reading a few books about the earth and the universe to notice an obvious one-source pattern (that science points to as well), then I guess you don’t want to receive it 🤷🏾‍♀️

@TheDejaKing You’re making a leap that sounds intuitive, but it isn’t something science actually establishes. So to some extent that’s your opinion (somehow you refuse to admit it)

See now this is the discussion I was hoping to get to So what if I said you’re overlooking the key point here that science often talks about — if everything far and wide follows the same rule book and list of patterns, then the water all starts from the same exact well that is greater than human understanding as it currently stands. What / how / why the well exists isn’t the question, it’s that it exists at all. Science all roots back to the same answer: everything connected at a central greater source. Which is essentially what religion argues, although the details are up for debate. Science and spirituality all point back to the same central source in this way. Which is not my opinion, but a fact.

@darwintojesus @SpeckMartyn I love how you have to imagine analogies that don’t actually make your point but you ramble on anyway 🤣 Especially using examples that destroy your biblical narrative to do so

He has no example in reality to use or employ so his only trick is a false analogy fallacy where he invents a scenario to beg the question in, and then considers it evidence. And even funnier, tries to pretend to be smug while slowly receding from substance before a complete bailout hidden behind smug dismissal or radical skepticism

It pains me to say this, but Piers is actually making a God of the gaps argument. We don’t need to say try to fit God into places science can’t go, we need to remind everyone that science only gives us models for how things seem to work, but it can’t tell us what things are or why they exist. In other words, there’s this false dichotomy that people have that if we understand something with science that means we don’t need God, which makes no sense. Imagine being at Roswell and studying a UFO. Using science you learn everything about how it works and then you say, “well now we don’t need aliens to explain the UFO.” x.com/kaizen00000000…
