This is the real question.
It’s not about discipline, it’s about what you do when you’re under pressure

Be real How often do you break rules after a loss 👇 That’s the pattern to fix

@SSJTRADES I think I’ll full port my account into a 1min candle that hasn’t closed yet, then blame the market. You just don’t understand 🫣
English

@TradingComposur Nope. 100% following your advice. No exceptions or excuses.

@O1E10x If I can add a third.. they don’t know how to manage themselves instead of the trade

@TradingInTheNow After years as a therapist, I think comparison is often a coping strategy. People project their insecurities onto others rather than deal with it head-on - And so they stay stuck in a cycle of negativity because it makes them feel better, so the behaviour repeats
English

@TradingComposur Stay in the game long enough to become good at it - Most people don't try because their ego gets in the way of being shit at something before they get better
English

@corymitc Thanks for sharing this - It's all down to behavior at the end of the day.
Most traders don't ask themselves this - What behavior is helpful and unhelpful to the kind of trader I want to become?

The truth is, most people will need to go much deeper than they think to fix their trading.

@tradermike1234 Most people aren't willing to be bad at something for long enough to become good at it

Traders overcomplicate this stuff sooo much it's insane
Trying to blend a million different concepts
AI
All this different stuff
Yet somehow someone like me who isn't smart who isn't some mathematician is able to pull in 6 figure months doing the simplest stuff
Let me let you in on a secret...
Yes, you need to understand price
Understand liquidity and market structure
But the most important thing is probabilities
Most NEVER understand that
They will study charts allllllll day
But fail because they don't understand probabilities
I do understand
SO I am able to stay consistent as a result
English

@Swift__Trades I like this. Everything you do in a trade should be preplanned, including if ___ then ____ situations

@MaferdCapital It’s never going to be easy bro. I say this as someone who only gained this clarity in my early thirties.
Everything you do from here, do it with a 3 year commitment. That’s how long it takes to usually figure out whatever game you play and for the ‘newness’ to wear off fully

Hey guys, I’ve been inactive because of this.
I’m really struggling with what to do with my life for the next years.
It feels like I’m losing everything and that I’m wasting my time here.
I don’t see the point to even look at the charts anymore.
Why does it have to be so hard to build a good future for yourself and your family?
Mr. Danilo 🧠@MaferdCapital
I am 25. I am Italian and I moved to Saudi Arabia two months ago. I am thinking about getting married and starting to invest into real estate, but my girlfriend doesn’t want to live and grow a family here. What should I do with my life?
