I’ve got to the stage in my anorexia recovery, after 8 years, where I’ve been able to get rid of my scales. I haven’t weighed myself in over 2 months. Here’s to waving another behaviour goodbye👋 I’m far from recovered yet and there’s a lot I need to work on but it’s a start.
