When an entrepreneur / going into business for yourself, having the emotional intelligence to handle differing opinions and reviews of your business whether good or bad is key… Not only that, but how you respond to such critiques also is a big thing as well… It’s ns, but publicly crashing out is kindaaaa…. Like how does that reflect your business if you as the owner, with a very large platform at that — are on the TL cursing people the hell out
