Then, a different phone rep said crews don’t work overnight due to darkness. You’re kidding me, right?! A crew icon on the website with est. repair times - AND - an Xcel rep said a crew was working overnight. ALL LIES b/c nobody was working due to darkness.

@XcelEnergySD Power out in my area of Sioux Falls before midnight 9/17 - website said est. repairs by 2:30am 9/18. Then it was 5:30am. Then it was “pending.” At 5:45am, a phone rep said a crew was working overnight but no new info yet. At 7am - “assessing damage.”

@RickKackis @Bungie 2) Streamers (incl. you) have an agenda - content for your channel. The general player base doesn’t share that agenda. Streamers burn thru game content to be one of the 1st to post a video about the newest/hottest exotic or weapon roll.
