Aaron Spanel placed 6th in the long jump with 21-02.25! Kade Evans places 2nd in the Pole Vault in 14-06!

No legal long jumps today. Some great attempts likely over 21 feet. Minor setback, time to bounce back. New triple pr again! 45’5.5 (currently all time pr) off 10 strides. Tried single arm today, worked out well. More coming soon, just the start
