The message is quite simple. Jesus loves you, he died for your sake, mine too and it'll be beautiful to love him back and have a relationship with him.

We’re not gonna pretend that all these interfaith marriage films rushing us are coincidence. The propaganda is real. Guard your heart!

The President has no business going to Jos if he was going to turn at the Airport. If it was a campaign, he will enter nooks and crannies of that State to solicit votes. Lives were lost, citizens are panicking and all you could do was a consolation speech at the AirPort? Even had the relatives who just lost their people dress up to meet him. A waste of everybody’s time.

The reason jola gave for leaving STER is so real because that’s the same reason I left. My role was taking calls of survivors and I always felt like I would run mad hearing all those stories. Little girls, so helpless. It was just too overwhelming mehn. What a country

For 7 days women will become prey to men in a country that is already lawless. This is where we are as a country, God forbid.

Are you well?

@TechnicalBben Bro I disagree with you. How do you come to someone's land and don't want to respect there traditions and culture, do people not respect the oroh culture in the west? It's a tradition and there where announcement to stay in your house if you are a female from 6m. Obey it, simple.

In Ozoro Delta State, there is a festival where men hunt women in the street so they can assault them while they laugh. This is happening in Nigeria. In 2026. In Women’s Month. We celebrated women on Sunday. We are hunting them by Thursday.

The world is deeply unkind to women. When violence against women is protected, repeated, or dressed up as culture, it reveals just how much hatred people can carry for women. Sexual assault is evil, every single time.

Misandry is women venting. Misogyny has institutions, laws, traditions and festivals behind it. Misandry is like old women gossiping at the back of the church. Misogyny is what happened in Ozoro today. One is a reaction while other is a system.

Girls in my community (Ozoro, Delta state) are currently getting molested and raped because of a sick tradition that says any woman who’s out from 12noon today is allowed to get molested. The videos I’ve seen are horrific.

Not be life be this oh: siblings that grew up inseparable now only see each other once in 10 years due to japa. Some never see each other again till they die. Parents never see their kids. Siblings grow apart. Cousins don’t even know one another.

We attended a guidance and counseling session at a girls' secondary school. The principal invited us into her office and warned us never to discuss anything with the girls beyond the purpose of our visit. We agreed. In the hall, one girl answered most of the questions—so much so that she was eventually stopped from participating in the quizzes. I was impressed by her sheer intelligence, so I asked someone who she was. It turned out she was the Senior Prefect. That was the only information I sought. I kept my composure. Back home, I told my aunt about the girl and how I felt about her. She promised to gather more details for me. Days passed. Then weeks. Then months. I kept pressing my aunt for updates. My feelings only grew stronger. I found myself constantly reimagining the exact moment I first laid eyes on her—how beautiful she was, and how brilliantly she answered nearly every question. Then, one evening, while I was at an Indomie junction waiting for my order, my phone rang. I checked and saw it was my younger sister. I hesitated but eventually decided to answer. She screamed at the top of her voice, "Yaya Abdull, guess what?" I replied, "What?" She said, "We just got the phone number of the SP!" The way I jumped up, one would think I'd been promised Jannah. I had to send my sister some money as a token of appreciation. I left the Indomie spot without eating—I suddenly felt a sense of fullness in my stomach. I just headed back to class (I was still a student then). Happy. Fulfilled. Hopeful. All mixed with a hint of dread! Exactly at 9:00 p.m., I sent her a message that read: "Assalamu Alaikum. My name is Abdullahi. I am one of the students from UDUS who visited your school some months ago. I was impressed by your performance, and I would like to discuss something important with you. What's the best time for me to call?" She replied the next morning: "9:00 p.m." So, I waited patiently. At exactly 9:00 p.m., I placed the call. She picked up almost immediately. After exchanging greetings, she asked what important matter I wanted to discuss. I told her, "I want to marry you." The response caught her off guard. A long silence followed. I think she even ended the call. I had to call back and reiterate my intentions. She said she'd have to think about it. I agreed; she needed time to process my request. The call took place on Monday, September 24, 2018. We got married on Friday, March 3, 2023. On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, we celebrated our third anniversary. PS: She maintained her brilliance even at university level. She graduated with a First Class Degree.
