@SixtUSA SIXT has falsely accused me of damaging my rental vehicle. I have a claim pending with the Better Business Bureau. Apparently this is a VERY common occurrence with SIXT.... part of their business plan. My advice...STAY AWAY from this company.

A friend made the mistake of renting a car from @sixtusa and got an $800+ bill for "damage" that does not exist. Note pic provided by Sixt. These new AI scanners are just a way to steal money from customers. Avoid at all costs. #fail

@SixtUSA Sixt took my rental car three days ago because of a flat tire, and they still have not provided a replacement vehicle, even though I have full protection. I have been without a car for three days and the rental is still being charged. This is unacceptable and I need an immediate

@SixtUSA Rented a Tesla MY from Honolulu airport. On the day we were to depart the key card failed. Took an uber to the airport, otherwise we’d miss our flight. Manager said she would have the car returned to the airport. Took 6 days andthen SIXT charged me for 6 more days .
