The overriding Hindutva goal must be to remove the varna-jaati lock by birth from the constitution. It’s not even necessary as Varna is already fluid today as it was during the OG days. Aside from submitting to the colonial constructs, one of the biggest Ls of the consitution was to mandate varna-jaati lock by birth. This lock was a much later development as the Hindu civilization was on its last legs. While jaati was what you were born into and immutable (ethnicity essentially), varna was always fluid. Brahmin, Kshatriya etc were varnas NOT jaatis originally. Nearly all jaatis had every varna. Only when the Hindu civilization was on its last legs ~1500 years ago, did it start to merge and the varna-jaati lock came about. Eventually people came to associate being a “Brahmin” etc with jaati. In 1947, there was no need to codify varna-jaati lock in the constitution. Mentioning it in the constitution only enables the feudalist politics of the trads and ambedkerites who bend the society towards anti-Sanatan parties like congress and co. Pathetic and misinformed decision by @narendramodi to push ambedkarism too much rather than focusing on Hindutva.
