We built an open source SRE agent and scaled it fast. Now we need people who want to own parts of it. Apache 2.0.

Rent Day referrals. Unlimited invites. Unlimited earnings. Tell your friends about Secured. They get ₹500 off. You get ₹1,000. Repeat as many times as you want. The only ceiling is how many friends you have.

Got humbled in an interview today. 😅 Applied for an SDE-1 DevOps role, but the first round was DSA. My brain basically stopped working because DSA was something I never really touched. Walking out of the interview, I realized that even for DevOps roles, knowing at least the basics of DSA can make a difference. Ig I should start practicising atleast basics of DSA now .

2.5 months ago, this account had ~100 followers. Today, we crossed 3,900. But the follower count isn't what I'm most grateful for. In these 2.5 months: • 100+ DMs from builders, engineers, and founders • Dozens of video calls discussing careers, startups, and growth • Helped a few people land internships • Learned from people far ahead of me and met incredible peers What I enjoyed most was getting on calls and understanding where people were stuck. Sometimes it was their resume. Sometimes it was not knowing how to reach out to founders. Sometimes it was finding opportunities that never get posted on job boards. Sometimes it was writing better cold emails. A few small tweaks and a different approach were enough to help some people land internships. Sometimes the difference between being stuck and making progress is just one good conversation. Grateful for everyone I've met through this platform. If you're into tech, startups, SaaS, or just chasing growth, I'd love to connect. Onward to 4k 🚀

Join a certification course from a top IIT and get placed in a top company. This is another scam going on in Indian colleges these days. To be clear, I'm not saying the specific event in the attached tweet is promising placements. But there are definitely similar IIT-branded programs and certification courses that heavily market internship and job opportunities to students. One of my cousins is in a tier-3 college, and a program from a top IIT was circulated in their WhatsApp group. They were teaching AI/ML and claimed students would be taught by top professors and get internships in top companies after the course ends. From an exposure point of view, it's a good program. But most students join because of the "IIT" tag and the belief that it will help them get internships in top companies. I don't know a single person in my network who joined one of these programs and got an internship because of it. The biggest issue is the money they charge. The course was around lakhs of rupees, which is a huge amount for a middle-class family. Apart from exposure, I don't see a strong reason to spend that kind of money on such programs. The problem is that these messages attract a lot of students from tier-2 and tier-3 colleges, and many end up enrolling. Understand this: In today's job market, these certifications won't help you much. Focus on building skills and projects instead. Network with people, attend events, build a social presence, and share your work online. That won't cost you lakhs of rupees and will likely help your career far more than a certification course carrying an IIT tag.

I hate my college's juniors man, they'll drop to their knees and deepthroat anyone or anything just because it'll get them an "Internship Certificate". Thank GOD I am a mod on the sub-reddit, I literally removed it with the reasons being "promo+spam+retar**d"
