@_austrian Possible refund? YOU cancelled the flight!! A partial refund in no good. I now have to make alternative arrangements.

@_austrian you have cancelled a flight, from Vie to Reykjavik which is a connecting flight as I fly from Man to Vie first. It is one full booking booked via your website. If I request a refund simply refund the whole ticket as you have now ruined my travel plans.

@_austrian My flight was canceled in July. I submitted forms in July and August as per instructions and have a case number. Since August, I have not received any further communication or refund for my Premium Economy seats, which were downgraded to Economy to put me on a plane home. I was told I would be compensated for the fare difference. How long is it reasonable to wait for someone to resolve the issue or communicate with me?

There will be a change in the composition of our Executive Board. Contingent upon the approval of the Austrian Airlines Supervisory Board, Michael Trestl will become the new Chief Commercial Officer. Francesco Sciortino has been nominated as next Chief Operating Officer.
