@sierra_vrd What's crazy is that I have 20 days, and have never used them all. That's an unhealthy action I'm unpacking- and something I find common place with folks w/unlimited PTO.

If you have individuals running for school board with an ISTEP and ILEARN comparison driving their negative platform, know they are uniformed. The comparison cannot and should not be made. Anti-district is not a good platform, and it never ends well.
