Massie received money from Protect Freedom PAC established by Rand Paul advisors. Jeff Yass is not a “backer” He gave about 7 million to the Protect Freedom PAC and the PAC gave I believe 1 million to Massie. However….Yass has given 16 million to a pro MAGA Super PAC as well as over 2 million to Trump for the ballroom fund and helped fund Trumps presidential transition team…if he’s a backer I would say he’s Trumps… …so what exactly is the point you’re poorly trying to make??

-One of Massies’s most notable backers is Jeff Yass—a Jewish billionaire (co-founder of Susquehanna International Group) who has given major indirect support via a super PAC (e.g., $1M to Kentucky First PAC for Massie's reelection ads) and has a record of funding pro-Israel causes and groups. - Massie is known for having zero bills signed into law on their own as standalone legislation. Most of his sponsored bills are aimed at making ideological points. - In the 119th Congress (which began in 2025), Rep. Thomas Massie voted against the Republican majority on 73 occasions—about 22.3% of the time-meaning he aligned with them roughly 77.7% of the time, per voting data analysis. - Since November 2012, Rep. Thomas Massie has missed 227 of 7,524 total roll-call votes in the U.S. House of Representatives, amounting to a lifetime attendance and voting participation rate of approximately 97%. Over his tenure, his 3.0% missed vote rate is slightly worse than the historical median of 2.1% for currently serving representatives.
