@elshaylor Oh yes I noticed the “balance” as well. Our whole team is in our simultaneous water and energy session because otherwise the room would be empty- otherwise there would be at least 2 more men and 2 more women there with you!

One part of the two previous years’ online #UNCwaterandhealth I miss- you could see who all was registered and dm them. Made it easier to reach out to those beyond the “usual suspects” and for others to reach out to you beforehand.

Feeling like there needs to be a WASH / applied env micro / global health pre-print server. None of the current options seem like a good fit for our lab's papers
