@_bitkidd @heyandras he fined tuned an existing base model, making a model is an entirely different story, you need dataset, computing, training algorithm and so on, and you would do that over several iterations to get a good model

The one thing that needs tons of money is making a LLM. Who wants to give me millions of $ to make a good LLM like Opus, but with better philosophy as company? It will be EU based and cool.

The more I try stuff outside of js/ts world on server side, the more I become confident that there are better things.

respectable but we go the other way whenever someone makes a mistake we hold a tribunal over discord for whoever messed up every member on our team takes turns attacking this person - partly professionally, mostly personally finally the individual self flagellates (metaphorically although literally is fine too) until the team is satisfied this ends up working long term because no one wants to be in that position

The next version of React Aria has 90% fewer dependencies (from 127 down to just 13). It also supports subpath imports, e.g. "react-aria-components/Button". This means easier upgrades, faster builds, more effective tree shaking, and improved micro-frontend support. 🚀

Tried TanStack Start and sincerely, it is just too verbose for me, too many defineServerFn, defineMiddleware and so on. I am more of a SvelteKit person, predictable conventions make software better.

@joyofcodedev @dummdidumm_ Yes, remote functions bring better DX and you can keep one requireAuth function and call it anywhere, but you can also do the same thing in loaders and actions.

Awesome thing about SvelteKit remote functions is that you only have to check for auth when it's required instead of every request inside hooks
