When i started crashing to moderate and then severe it was those symptoms x100 and i woke up like unimaginable fatigue+ unable to get out of bed or move

This might sound dumb, and I’ve mentioned this before, but I genuinely don’t know if what I experience is PEM or just chronic fatigue/exhaustion from everything stacking together.
This is my first vacation week in a while, I’m off for two weeks, so part of me wants to see how my body reacts when work stress and constant overexertion are removed from the equation.
I know it’s not smart to try and induce PEM but I need to know what it is I’m dealing with.
So those with PEM, what should I actually look for?
