#crooks swear these budget airlines are shocking. Bought and paid for seats on a plane, got an email last night to say ‘we’ve had to make a slight change’ and it’ll be ‘no more than 10mins’. When in actual fact it’s the other end of the day. Contact customer services (1/3)
