It was a pleasure to field questions from the always on-point @keaglemd today. Canakinumab 150 mg was associated with 1 excess fatal infection for 1000 treated patients (0.28 vs. 0.18 cases per 100 person years of observation). twitter.com/JACCJournals/s…

@amitvkhera @skathire those results look statistically indistinguishable from evolocumab results. All CIs widely overlap 1%.
