Senator Camille Villar met with leaders of the Philippine Nurses Association (PNA) on Monday, where the country’s largest organization of nurses expressed support for Senate Bill No. 1764, also known as the “Nurse in Every Barangay Act.” The proposed measure aims to ensure that every barangay in the country is assigned at least one registered nurse to help deliver essential primary healthcare services at the community level.
