I just watched a video about a man in the US who discovered that his wife had been having an affair. They divorced. The wife then started dating the man she had cheated with. While they were together, the man did some digging and noticed something disturbing: Their 4 year old child was the spitting image of the man his wife had been having an affair with. Convinced the child wasn't his, he sued for a DNA test and tried to recover the $18,000 he had already paid in child support. The DNA test confirmed that he was NOT the biological father. But the court told him he could not legally recover the child support he had already paid. I went into the comment section and saw a lot of men lamenting. But little did they know that if this had happened in a state like California, things could potentially have been even worse. And this is where things get really interesting.

@jpattueyi Yes. I am less concerned with the affairs of two adults and just glad the kid is protected regardless. The rights of an adult do not supersede the rights of a defenseless child.

Instead, they should build to sell and flip their money. So you’re admitting that rent is low without actually saying it. When landlord increase rent, you complain, but you’re asking people to build and sell at a high price so they can make good money. Do you consider the people trying to buy a house to live in? You don’t because it doesn’t affect you. The way you are giving “smart” advice to builders to sell at a high, is same way Neo is giving “smart” advice to landlords to rent at a high.
