If you had to pick a chain to build on today, which one would it be? David and Haseeb say if you're wearing a suit, you're on Ethereum L1. David Hoffman says it's not a reaffirmation of values, it's Vitalik telling you what Ethereum is NOT going to be "The real lens for this document is Vitalik telling you what Ethereum is not going to do ...
