Ryan, can you please confirm that these terms pulled from your website @Raentrading are 100% accurate and consistent with the contract a trader signs when onboarding? Keep it brief, no explanation needed. YES or NO will do.

@baynkr @Raentrading Show the community exactly what there is behind the scenes once one reaches the “live desk”. The drawdown, the time of day, the assets traded. Starting capital everything included.

Obviously the implication here is that we’re doing something wrong or withholding money from traders so let me just correct the record. Profit distributions are automatic and quarterly. They are not requested by the trader, they just go out. If there is one dollar of profit in the account, it gets distributed. Traders do also have the ability to request payouts on demand as well but the quarterly payouts never stop.
This is policy, not discretionary. To say ‘nobody’s been paid’ is just not true. There are senior traders on the desk who have been paid multiple times through quarterly distributions. Now if you’re referring specifically to assessment traders, our assessment program has only been open for about a year and the first nine months were limited to very small cohorts.
The only traders who have not received a distribution are those currently in a drawdown, meaning there are no profits to distribute. You cannot pay out profits that don’t exist. That’s not us withholding anything, that’s just how math works.

@DrDeannaCole @baynkr @Raentrading These need answering @baynkr even if hypothetical. Why would someone spend countless hours passing your assessments to be restricted even more than the assessment already is in the “live desk”. The community deserves answers.

One hell of a week. Raen ended up everywhere on fintwit, which was equal parts exciting and surreal. It hits differently when people you’ve followed for years start talking about what you’re building. Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes it’s way off. That’s the nature of the medium.
The interesting part was seeing the full spectrum of reactions. Some people genuinely wanted to understand what we’re doing. They asked good questions and engaged with the ideas. You can see why some of them sit where they do. They’re sharp, curious and willing to be pushed.
And then there was the other end. The people who refuse to think critically about anything. They don’t look at the details or try to understand. They just react. Pure emotion, zero logic. The instinct is to jump in, pile on, and throw punches. That’s fine. It comes with the territory. But there’s something sad about that default setting to tear down whatever’s in front of them. I don’t take it personally. I just feel bad for anyone who lives in that headspace.
The upside was everything else. I spoke with Agustin Lebron directly. He didn’t have to, and I appreciated how open he was. He pushed on a few points that I needed to think harder about and it was a genuinely honest exchange. And seeing Robert Carver write about us at all was wild. I’ve read him for years. The fact that he engaged with the ideas directly was encouraging.
If this week reinforced anything it’s that real criticism actually helps. The kind that engages with what we’re actually doing instead of arguing with an imagined version of it. That stuff sharpens my thinking. We’re not perfect but we’re always trying to get better and the honest back and forth matters.
Appreciate everyone who showed up in good faith. And thank you to the people who reached out privately. There were a lot of messages of real support and positivity. It meant a lot.

@DrDeannaCole @baynkr what is your TRUE compensation plan once reached the “live desk” if you want traders to invest into your company there needs to be full transparency of your company’s structure. Show what it would be like if you signed up for your own company & how the process would be.
English

@DrDeannaCole Understand completely, as someone who passed phase 1 (admittedly failed phase 2) I would still like to know behind the scenes if I was to try again. From your experience I am discouraged to say the least. They seemed to be the best route for inspiring “retail trader”
English

@DrDeannaCole I know you don’t want to share but help’s the community more than you know. Could you elaborate on “then lose our edge there are other factors” it sheds lights on companies that are too vague
English

@DrDeannaCole @baynkr @Raentrading I think having more transparency @baynkr on the payout structure or even the exact process once a trader reaches the “live desk” would tremendously help Raen. In my opinion it’s too vague, even showing someone’s experience who reached “live” & what their starting capital/DD is

Biggest Epiphany I've Had in My Trading Journey...
Is forgiving myself of all the mistakes, shame, guilt that I've tormented myself over the years with self-talk.
Write a letter to yourself forgiving & giving permission to not have to perform in order to feel "successful" about yourself and in your journey.
Release all of the emotions that have been built up over years of constant "failures" & "setbacks"
