In a legal situation our guidance states the need for team interpreting due to mental fatigue, particularly when using complex language. Situations vary and need to be judged individually rather than a blanket rule

A CAFCASS report is sent direct to the courts and can have devastating long term consequences. It is unsafe using a single interpreter and places the deaf community at risk. @_clarion_ @NRCPD @ASLIuk @BDA_Deaf @VLP_TerpTweets
