The thing about entrepreneurship that I appreciate is that you can’t blame anybody but yourself if things go well or things are terrible.
You make choices so you live with the product of those choices.
“There is something in every one of you that waits and listens for the sound of the genuine in yourself. It is the only true guide you will ever have. And if you cannot hear it, you will all of your life spend your days on the ends of strings that somebody else pulls.”
What I am saying is when you have a vision for what purposeful work is to YOU, YOU owe it to yourself to attempt to put your full energy into it.
For me, it’s leadership coaching.
You’ll be surprised at how things gravitate toward you.
In a time when the workforce is changing and people are rethinking what they find important in a career or how they would like to show up as a leader, finding a committed and experienced career coach to support you along the journey can be invaluable.
I often get asked, “why coaching?”. My response is simple: coaching is my purpose.
Throughout my experience working with clients and even being coached myself, I’ve seen coaching as a powerful tool to:
-Make value-based career decisions
-Confront and overcome saboteurs
Pain is from what is happening.
Suffering is from the story we tell ourselves and believe about the thing happening.
Pain is inevitable and often great for us.
Suffering is optional.
