Not exaggerating, I think this might be the worst series I’ve seen from the Cubs in a long, long time. Multiple seasons. Hitting, pitching, defense, and baserunning have all been as bad as it gets.

@BleacherNation As someone who flips around mlb tv, cubs games more than any others have a feel of a national broadcast versus a hometown broadcast. The level of excitement for the opponent seems just as high as it is for the cubs. Which SUCKS when the cubs are losing.

@thekapman Tough to make any moves in this lineup when the only guys getting hits are the 1-2 slot. Everybody stinks right now. That said not being able to get the team going for this series is inexcusable.
