So this kid just ran into my ward with the speed of light crying, she should be 3 or 4. I asked her what’s going on and beckoned her, she came held my hand and stopped crying. Few mins later I saw a guy working towards my ward whilst I was reviewing my patients and wanting to serve meds, the next thing, this girl ran to the toilet very fast, and locked the door immediately. I just knew immediately that he was the one she was running from, he came smiled and greeted me, so I asked him what the issue was, then he said he wanted to carry the lil girl, so I asked him, is she your daughter, he said no, she’s his niece, I was like why is she running away from you? Where’s the mum, he mentioned she’s in labor, but during this period I was trying to get this girl to come out but she was refusing to, i finally got to bring her out, but she didn’t want to go near the guy.
