@Fly_Norwegian it’s unacceptable! After more than 23 days and 2 emails, still no response about our lost luggage, expenses and compensation. Traveling with 2 small kids was a nightmare because of this. We need a serious answer NOW!

@Fly_Norwegian as the only very simple things you have to be able to do as an airline: 1) sell flights 2) sell baggage Why you cannot sell 1 piece of baggage to me? I wasted several hours of my time. How come you can't do such a simple thing?

.@Fly_Norwegian I get that you’re a low-cost airline, and I fly you often from the Canaries. But seats thinner than my AirPods and harder than a church bench for 6.5 hours (TFS-HEL) is too much. No charging, no WiFi either? Come on.
