@_flyfrenchbee_ Is there any point? It took me 95 mins from arrival at the check-in zoo to the time I dropped my bag off. That's an hour and a half of my life I'll never get back and for which your airline owes me a moral debt.

Remind me never to fly @_flyfrenchbee_ again, if it can be avoided. Their check in process at Orly is worse than atrocious. Incompetence doesn't even begin to describe the malfunctioning machines, the clueless staff, the interminable lines. Ugh.

Just had the worst travel experience I’ve ever had with @_flyfrenchbee_ , MIA>ORY. Wife and I were bumped on overbooked flight with no notice (tickets cancelled), after waiting for an hour and a half at check-in were given new seats, waited another two hours for flight only

@Finance_GV @SpiritAirlines When a company #FrenchBee breaks your luggage, and then does everything it can to ensure that your claim doesn't succeed. It's appalling. Lies telling you they don't receive receipts, paying €0.20 a minute to try to reach them by phone with no success... Do I continue ?
