2 years ago, during my exchange program in Bulgaria, I picked up one thing that stuck with me.
Out of about 15–20 Erasmus students in my cohort, my iPhone 13 was arguably one of the most expensive phones there. I mean these were people with thousands of euros in their bank accounts, yet they chose devices purely based on need and functionality (I even saw one Spanish babe comfortably using an iPhone 6).
I could confidently say I had one of the smallest bank balances, yet one of the most expensive phones. This isn’t to say I’ve ever measured wealth by gadgets, but the contrast was just striking to me.
It made me realize how much of what we normalize in +234 is just unnecessary societal pressure.
A lot of Nigerian youths just need exposure to see that this mindset is largely superficial.
Because it is wild that you are trying to have a normal conversation with someone, and they’re subtly peeping the back of your phone to decide how to engage with you.

I just saw this video of a young man from the North struggling to show off his three-camera iPhone during an interview. At first, I thought it was a skit, until I dug deeply. Unfortunately, a majority of Nigerian youths share this same vain mentality!✍️

I feel you’re not supposed to. It’s ok to allow your skin/pores breathe. Antiperspirants already block the pores and hinder perspiration the entire day. So why wear it during wind down(bedtime)?
Also they darken underarms and cause the skin there to be irritated for some

The toilet/WC seat acts as a weight to hold it in place as it rests on it’s edge, and drains

Then place the toilet seat to rest over it. This allows all the water from the brush to drain into the toilet/WC. In about 10minutes, it’s ready to be put in it’s case. Problem solved

After use, pour bleach + detergent water on the brush to sanitize it, as you hold it over the toilet. Then rinse.
Next step is to keep it on the toilet/WC rim, with the brush part hanging in the air, but in the WC(it shouldn’t be in contact with the WC water)

and dab my underarms (the less hair in underarms,the better absorption), after night showers, It wards off any musty smell(if any),gets rid of any deodorant/antiperspirant residue your eyes may not see, and also prevents dark underarms. I do this thrice weekly

I’ve seen people say that I only respond to certain individuals, but that’s not really the case. I don’t personally know anyone here, and no one knows me either, so there’s no basis for favoritism.
